William F. Moen is from Omaha, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University in Omaha, and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. After law school, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in Nebraska for eight years prosecuting criminal and civil cases. He then entered private practice at a law firm in Omaha focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. He serves on the Nebraska State Bar Association House of Delegates. He has also coached youth hockey and baseball teams.read less
