William D. Wiley is from Hedgesville, West Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006. Wiley served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1993 to 2001. He was elected to his first term in the West Virginia House of Delegates in 2016.
