William C. Smith, Jr. is a native Washingtonian and third generation Washingtonian. He graduated from Flint Hill School in Oakton, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Catholic University. He worked for various community development organizations. He served as a Board Member of the Anacostia Waterfront Corporation. He also served as Ward 5's representative on the DC State Board of Education from 2007 to 2012.read less
