William Buckbee is running for the U.S. House to represent the 19th Congressional District of New York. He is a member of the Republican Party. Buckbee attended Marist College where he studied Political Science. He went on to get his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. After graduating, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. He served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan where he led troops in combat. After active duty, Buckbee continued his service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He also practices law and runs a small business. He lives with his wife and children in Stanfordville, NY.read less
