Will B. Stapp is a Libertarian candidate running for Texas House of Representatives, District 125 in 2022. Will is an U.S. Navy veteran with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Stapp served 20 years on active duty as a surface warfare officer (SWO), systems expert, and developer. He completed two U.S. Navy commands, one in the Pacific Fleet and one in the Atlantic.
