Wendy Jo Fink was a Libertarian candidate for District 21A of the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2006. Fink holds a Master's degree in policy administration from the University of Northern Iowa, and an Associate's degree in mass communications from the University of Minnesota. Fink is the founder of Libertarian Patriots, and a former member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, Independence Party of Minnesota, Green Party, and Libertarian Party. She has also been a candidate for the Minnesota state house and senate, the Minneapolis City Council, and the Minneapolis Board of Estimate and Taxation.read less
