Warren Todd Daniel was born in Chambersburg, PA. He is married to Diane S. Daniel and they have two children, Elizabeth and Samuel. Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University in 1990. He also graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1998. After law school, Daniel worked as a staff attorney for various legal aid organizations.
