Virgle Osborne is a native of Bell County, Kentucky. He worked for over 30 years at U.S. Steel and retired from there in 2009. Osborne is involved with the Bell County Chamber of Commerce. Osborne serves on the following committees: Economic Development & Tourism, Licensing & Occupations and Veterans, Military Affairs & Public Protection. He also serves as co-chair of the Budget Review Subcommittee on Justice and Judiciary.read less
