Vern Buchanan is currently serving his seventh term in the U.S. House representing Florida's 16th Congressional District. He serves on the influential Ways and Means Committee, which has jurisdiction over tax, trade, health care and Social Security policy. Prior to serving in Congress, Buchanan was in business for over 30 years helping grow American Speedy Printing and Computer Avenue from one store into a company with operations in 18 countries and 1600 stores and facilities all over the world.
