Tom Odell Smith was born in Rowan County, Kentucky. He earned his BA in Theology and Religion from Kentucky Christian University in 2005. Tom owns and operates a small business. He has served as a minister and currently serves on the Board of Directors for God's Pantry Food Bank. Tom is active in the community. He served two terms as Mayor of Morehead, Kentucky. He works to address hunger and food insecurity issues in eastern Kentucky.read less
