Tod O. Ohnstad was born in Plentywood, Montana in 1965. He has worked as an attorney and small businessman. Ohnstad obtained his undergraduate degree at Montana State University-Bozeman in 1987. In 1991, he earned his law degree from the University of Montana. Ohnstad is currently a sole practitioner in Kalispell. He is a member of the National Rifle Association, Montana Shooting Sports Association, Montanans for Multiple Use and Montana Outfitters and Guides Association.
