Thomas P. "Tom" Giblin was born in Jersey City. He attended Jersey City Schools and graduated from New Jersey City University with a B.A. in Political Science. Tom is a former member of the Jersey City Council. He was elected to the New Jersey General Assembly in 2004. Tom serves in leadership as Assistant Majority Leader and heads the Telecommunications and Utilities Committee. He is also a member of the Labor Committee.read less
