Thomas F. O'Mara is currently serving his second term in the New York State Senate, representing the 58th District, which is comprised of all of Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Yates counties, and a portion of Tompkins County. Senator Tom O'Mara serves as ranking member of the Senate Environmental Conservation Committee. He also serves as a member of the Senate Codes, Finance, Higher Education, Insurance and Rules Committees.
