Thomas Christopher Humphrey (b. June 3, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN) is a public service lawyer from Minneapolis. He received his undergraduate degree from Montana State University in 1983, and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul in 1987. Humphrey was an attorney in the Hennepin County Public Defender's Office from 1988 to 1990 before going into private practice as a criminal defense lawyer. In 2018, he ran for Attorney General of Minnesota as a member of the Legal Marijuana Now Party.read less
