Sylvia A. Santana was born in Puerto Rico. She received a BA in political science and public administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law. Santana worked as a private practice attorney focusing on public policy. Santana also served on the Committee of Bar Examiners of Puerto Rico. She was elected to the House in 2016 to represent the 16th District.read less
