Stewart E. Barlow is from Utah. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1975. He served as a Missionary for his church in Montreal, Canada from 1969-1971. Barlow also served on the Perry City Council from 1982-1986. Barlow is a self-employed attorney. He is active in civic, community and religious organizations.
