Steven K. Howe is a native of Utah and grew up in Delta. He learned the value of hard work and integrity from his family while growing up on a small farm. Howe received a bachelor's degree in political science and a law degree from the University of Utah. He worked his way through college and law school doing various jobs. After law school, Howe worked as a prosecutor for nearly 30 years, where he gained experience handling complex criminal cases. He believes his experience will allow him to be an effective legislator.read less
