Steve Tharinger was elected to the Washington House of Representatives in 2010 after serving for 24 years with the City of Sequim Public Works Department. He has served on numerous local boards and commissions. Tharinger currently serves on the Appropriations, Capital Budget, and Transportation Committees. He continues to focus on environmental issues, public infrastructure, job growth, and fiscal responsibility. Tharinger earned his A.A. from Olympic College and his B.A. in business administration and public policy from Saint Martin's University.read less
