Stephen Shurtleff is a former United States Marshal who has served as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2004. He represents Merrimack 10 and resides in Penacook. Representative Shurtleff earned his B.A. in political science/education from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to his election, he was a deputy United States Marshal for the District of New Hampshire for 24 years. Additionally, Shurtleff served as a police officer in Concord, New Hampshire.
