Stephen L. Goldfinch is a Republican member of the South Carolina State Senate, representing District 34. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Goldfinch earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He also earned his M.B.A. from Winthrop University. Senator Goldfinch worked as an attorney and business owner prior to joining the state Senate. He co-founded and co-manages the Goldfinch Winslow Law Firm, LLC. He has also owned sub shops. Goldfinch serves on several state Senate committees, including Ethics, Judiciary, Medical Affairs, Rules, and Transportation. He is Vice Chair of the Banking and Insurance Committee and Chair of the Fish, Game and Forestry Committee.read less
