Stacey Evans was born in Ringgold, Georgia. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Evans served in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2011 to 2017. During her time in the Georgia House, Evans focused largely on expanding education and job opportunities for Georgians. She sponsored legislation to expand access to the HOPE Scholarship.read less
