Sheila J. Klinker is a State of Indiana Representative for District 27, which encompasses Tippecanoe County. Rep. Klinker graduated from Indiana University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Rep. Klinker was first elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 1982. She currently serves on various committees, including the House Ways and Means Committee where she is the Ranking Member. Rep.
