Shawn Nicole Thierry is a member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 146. She assumed office in January 2013. Rep. Thierry serves on the House Committee on Business & Industry and the House Committee on County Affairs. Prior to her election, Rep. Thierry was an attorney at the City of Houston Legal Department from 2002 to 2012. She has her B.A. in public policy from Trinity University and her J.D. from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.read less
