Scott F. Martin was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He attended J.P. McCaskey High School and graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Secondary Education. After college, Scott began a career in business management and operations. He has over 25 years of experience managing people, processes and budgets. Scott has served on several local nonprofit boards supporting youth athletics and education. He resides in Lancaster Township with his wife Melissa. They have three children.read less
