Scott D. Heiner is running as a Republican candidate for Arkansas State Senate District 34. Heiner was born in Maumelle, Arkansas in 1969. Heiner graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in marketing and management in 1992. After graduating, he started a marketing company specializing in promotional products. Heiner is involved with the Chamber of Commerce, Ducks Unlimited, and the National Wild Turkey Federation. He serves on the board of Canvas Community Church.
