Scott A. Baldwin is a former Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 115 from 2013 to 2021. Baldwin attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Prior to his election to the Missouri House, Baldwin worked as an insurance agent. During his time in the legislature, he served on several committees including Crime Prevention and Public Safety, Elections and Elected Officials, and Transportation.
