Sarah Fowler Arthur serves as Chair of the Floyd County Republican Party. She previously worked as an elementary school teacher and reading specialist. Ms. Arthur earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. She later received her M.A. in Reading Education from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Ms. Arthur and her husband Philip have four children. They live in Rome, Georgia where they are members of First Baptist Church.read less
