Sandra L. Pappas is a Democratic member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 65. Senator Pappas was first elected to the chamber in 1990. She earned her B.A. in English from Bemidji State University in 1973. Senator Pappas's professional experience includes working as a public policy facilitator with Growth and Justice, serving on the Board of Directors of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce, Women Venture, and the Friends of the St. Paul Public Library.
