Rusty Black is from Cordova. He graduated from Texas A&M University. In 2016, Black was elected to the Texas House of Representatives District 3. He serves on various committees like State Affairs and County Affairs. Black is a member of the Cordova Chamber of Commerce and the National Rifle Association.
