Rui Xu is running for election to the U.S. House to represent the 12th Congressional District of Massachusetts. Xu was born on November 27, 1989 in Shanghai, China and moved to the U.S. in 2004. Xu earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science in 2012 from Boston University. Xu is currently working on a Doctorate degree in Economics at Boston University, with an expected graduation date of 2023.
