Ron Estes is the U.S. Representative from Kansas' 4th Congressional District. He was first elected to the House in 2017 in a special election to fill the seat vacated by Mike Pompeo. Prior to his election to Congress, Estes served as the 39th Kansas State Treasurer from 2011 to 2017. He also previously served as the Sedgwick County Treasurer from 2004-2011. Estes earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tennessee Technological University. Prior to entering public office, he worked for Koch Industries for 10 years as Corporate Director of Financial Planning.read less
