Robert D. Clifton was born and raised in Decatur, Illinois. He attended Millikin University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. After graduation, Robert started Clifton Consulting Group, providing consulting services for new and existing businesses. Robert serves on various community boards and committees. He served as the President of the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Mt. Zion Community Unity District #3 School Board.read less
