Robert Charles Brannan is from Riverside, California. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Riverside in 2013. After college, Brannan worked in the service industry before deciding to run for public office. Brannan is running as a Democrat for California's 36th congressional district in 2022.
