Rickey Willard Griffith earned a B.S. degree in Secondary Education from the University of Minnesota. Griffith served as a U.S. Navy officer and as a Blue Ridge city councilman. Griffith has worked as a Pro Tem judge, and served on Blue Ridge's planning committee and zoning board.
