Richard Holtorf is a rancher who appeared on the Discovery Channel series "Pasture to Plate." He raises registered Angus cattle and produces hay and barley. Holtorf was a U.S. Marine on active duty from 1978 to 1982. He was an artillery instructor. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. Holtorf lives in El Paso County, Colorado. He was elected to represent House District 64 in the Colorado House of Representatives in 2018.read less
