Richard H. Campbell is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 45. Campbell earned his B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill in 1957. He then served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. He worked as a Grain Broker from 1962 to 1976 before working as Vice President of Marshwood Farms from 1976 to 1990.
