Ricardo Ruiz is a small business owner and Master Sergeant on Active Duty deployed overseas with the California Air National Guard in the Middle East. Ricardo serves on the Veterans Collaborative of Santa Cruz County, promoting local policies and initiatives to serve veterans. Ricardo was born and raised in Watsonville.
