Reginald Thomas is from Lexington, Kentucky. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 1996, and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2000. After law school, Thomas worked in private practice before being elected to the Kentucky House of Representatives in 2014.
