Rebecca McWilliams graduated from the University of Houston in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She was a consultant at Ernst and Young before starting her own business as a tax and financial advisor. McWilliams also served on the Board of Directors for the East Harris County Manufacturers Association and the Houston League of Business and Professional Women. In 2018, she was elected as the Texas State Representative for District 138.read less
