Raphael G. Warnock, born July 23, 1969, in Savannah, Georgia, is a prominent Democratic politician currently serving as the U.S. Senator from Georgia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and went on to obtain a Master of Divinity from the Union Theological Seminary. Before entering politics, Warnock was the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, where Martin Luther King Jr. once preached.
