Raphael G. Warnock, born July 23, 1969, in Savannah, Georgia, is a prominent Democratic politician currently serving as the U.S. Senator from Georgia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and went on to obtain a Master of Divinity from the Union Theological Seminary. Before entering politics, Warnock was the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, where Martin Luther King Jr. once preached. His leadership and advocacy for social justice earned him national recognition.
