Randy P. Boyd is the founder, chairman, and former CEO of Radio Systems Corporation, a company based in Knoxville that manufactures pet products under brand names like Invisible Fence and PetSafe. Boyd also served as Commissioner of Economic & Community Development for Tennessee under Governor Bill Haslam. In that role, Boyd helped bring the Tennessee Promise program to the state, offering two years of community college or technical school to graduating high school seniors free of tuition and fees.read less
