Randy E. Frese earned his BA in accounting from Truman State University. After graduation, Frese entered a career in accounting and finance while serving in his community. In 2002, Frese was elected to the Palmyra R-1 Board of Education. He has also served on the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Frese and his wife Callie have two children.read less
