Phillip R. DeVillier was born in New Iberia, LA. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Petroleum Engineering. DeVillier worked for over 30 years in the oil and gas industry before retiring. He served on the Parks, Recreation and Coastal Restoration Advisory Board for Iberia Parish. DeVillier was also active with Ducks Unlimited and Coastal Conservation Association. He has lived in Iberia Parish with his wife for over 35 years. They have two children.read less
