Phil Pouech is a Libertarian candidate for Governor of Oregon. He was born and raised in Oregon. Pouech is an entrepreneur who owns a drone services company. He is running for governor to reform Oregon's taxation, education, healthcare, and criminal justice systems. Pouech wants to eliminate income taxes, reform PERS, expand school choice programs, repeal Measure 11 mandatory minimum sentencing, legalize cannabis, and reform asset forfeiture laws.
