Peggy Gossett Seidman's political career began when she served on Norwalk's Board of Education from 1991 to 1999. She was elected to the Connecticut General Assembly in 2008. Seidman serves on the Appropriations, Education, Transportation, and Energy & Technology committees. She is focused on education, job creation, fiscal responsibility, sensible gun control laws, environmental protection, and support for the arts.
