Pebblin W. Warren is running for Colorado State Senate District 35. Warren graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a bachelor's degree in 1974. She earned her master's degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver in 2003. Warren served on the Douglas County Planning Commission and the Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District from 2003 to 2011. She is now retired after working for the Colorado Division of Insurance as a life and health actuary for 25 years.read less
