Paul S. Baumbach is a member of the Democratic party. He represents District 23 in the Delaware House of Representatives, serving since 1996. Baumbach earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 1978 and his Master's degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University in Finance in 1992. Prior to being elected, Baumbach was a Cost and System Accountant for the DuPont Company. He and his wife, Margo, have been married for 40 years.
