Patricia A. McCoy is the Libertarian candidate for Connecticut's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House. She is a professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law. McCoy specializes in banking law, consumer finance, and bankruptcy. She was previously employed at the law firm Mayer Brown and served on the Consumer Advisory Board of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
