Patrice McClammy is running as an Independent candidate for District 7 in the Mississippi State Senate. McClammy was born and raised in Mississippi. She graduated from Jackson State University where she obtained her B.S. and then M.Ed. degrees. McClammy has over two decades of experience as an educator and school administrator. She served as a middle school math teacher and later became an elementary school principal. McClammy aims to improve public education and healthcare access if elected to the State Senate.read less
