Owen Donohoe is the Constitution Party candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Virginia. Donohoe is a network engineer. He attained a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Virginia Tech. Donohoe resides in Fredericksburg, VA. He and his wife Jane have a daughter.
